About Rocco The Otter
Meet Rocco.
Rocco is our mascot: an otter from the Amsterdam canals, with sunglasses, a favourite rock and zero hurry. He would rather float than run, holds on to his friends when the current picks up, and eats lunch on his belly.
Otterly Unbothered is for anyone who takes life the same way. Every piece is made to order, just for you. No piles in a warehouse, no overproduction.

How does the pre-order work?
The shop goes live soon. Until then you can reserve your favourite pieces: choose colour, size and slogan, and leave your name and email. You don’t pay anything yet. As soon as the shop is live, you’re the first to get a payment link with 10% off. Your order is only final once you pay.
When will I get my order?
Everything is made to order for you. Allow 2 to 5 working days for production plus 3 to 5 working days for shipping. You usually have your order within about a week and a half.
How much is shipping?
Within the Netherlands €6.95, free on orders over €75. A gift card arrives by email with no shipping costs.
Can I exchange or return?
Yes, you have 30 days to return. Send the piece back unworn and unwashed and you get your money back. Return shipping is paid by you, unless something is wrong with your order.
How can I pay?
With iDEAL, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or pay later with Klarna.

How does the Raft Deal work?
Take two or more pieces from the ready-to-order collection and you automatically get 15% off those pieces. You see the discount in your bag right away.
How does the gift card work?
Choose an amount and you receive the gift card by email. The recipient can use it for anything in the shop for 2 years.
